Engineer, author and wandering dreamer.  I am the obedient servant to a couple of stubborn Shih Tzus on the island of Guernsey.  This site is a record of my work and thoughts during my journey as a writer.

My writing is a reflection of myself and the world around me.  Or at least how I perceive the world with just a dash of the fantastic thrown in for good measure.  I’ve been writing since I was about 14 when I was smacked in the face by inspiration while staring out at the Hanois lighthouse.  That story is on the list for a rewrite one day.

My current focus is on the a series of children’s books following the adventures of the friendly and clever witch called Henrietta Hedgekin. The first book, Friendship, will soon be available from Austin Macauley Publishing.
